Artisan Collective Batavia - 2024 Vendor Application

The Artisan Collective Batavia provides downtown Batavia with a pop-up market every third Saturday (May-October) featuring local artisans selling handmade, vintage and repurposed items.

Direct sale and MLM vendors are not eligible to participate in the market.

The Artisan Collective reserves the right to approve, disapprove, or dismiss any vendor at its discretion.

10' x 10' booth space - you are responsible for bringing your own tent, table and chair.

Event Dates

Market hours ar 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Market setup begins at 6:30 am. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, tear down and removal of all trash.

Please check all dates you are applying for. We ask that you sign up for all market dates at the beginning of the season.

Vendor Acceptance

Acceptance notification and invoices will be sent to selected vendors by March 1, 2024. Additional applications will be reviewed following March 1 if space remains available. Vendor fees must be paid in full by invoice date.

If your application is accepted, there will not be refunds for ANY reason. Please think of your booth fee as a donation to the Artisan Collective and Batavia MainStreet.

Application Fee

A $10 fee is due at the time of application.

There will not be refunds for any reason. All fees collected goes towards further MainStreet events and programs.
