Delio Delgado received a (BFA) in multidisciplinary studies from the National School of Visual Arts in Dominican Republic,
He also graduate from Altos de Chavon School of Design which is affiliated with Parsons, The New School of Design, in New York.
Between 1997 and 2013 Delio has exhibited in public and alternative spaces in the Caribbean, Europe and Canada, including the Civil Museum of the City of Cremona in Italy, the 12th International Print Biennial in Varna, Bulgaria, the Fine Arts Biennial of the Dominican Republic, the 10th Havana biennial in Cuba (parallel), and at the IDB Cultural Center in Washington DC, Art Gallery of Peterborough and recently at the Houston African American museum
