Bat Race 5K/10K

10K starts at 8:15 a.m.; 5K starts at 8:30 a.m.; Kids fun run starts at 9:30 a.m. (Packet pick up begins at 7:00 a.m. at Bar Evolution.
Location: State and River St. Downtown Batavia
Description: The 10th annual Batavia United Way Bat Race 5K/10K is a chip-timed, Halloween-themed race drawing runners from all over the Chicagoland area to the beautiful Fox River Trail bike path.
This event is designed for runners of all ages and abilities. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Many participants who come in costume choose to participate in the costume contest to try to win a prize in various categories (Best Duo, Best Group, Best Adult Male, Best Adult Female, Best Child).
